The contractor (Craig Geyer) came today to drop off scaffolding, take another look, sign a contract and take the deposit. They plan to buy materials tomorrow and then come and begin removing the loose and damaged stucco. Maybe the weather will allow putting up the mesh.
They will also replace the decaying 13" flue liner that doesn't have a cap on it.
Here we go!!!
